I’m the
worst at getting upset at poor customer
service but today was one of the best
experiences I’ve had with a company in
awhile. The springs on my garage door
broke so I called the original
installers, Overhead Door, and got no
response to the message I left. I heard
an ad on WFNZ for the Garage Door Doctor
and the owner came out on a Saturday
afternoon, replaced my springs, lubed
the tracks and adjusted the door
for an outstanding price. If you
ever need your garage door worked on or
replaced I can highly recommend this

today, Friday, and garage door would not

I called Garage Door Doctor to get an estimate to replace two panels on our single-car garage door. Mark said that he thought he might have the panels in stock and he would call me right back. He did so. His estimate was much better than the other two I had gotten. He scheduled the work to take place in two days and arrived at the agreed-upon time. He completed the work in an efficient manner, tested the door twice, and cleaned up completely, hauling the dented panels away. I was extremely pleased with his efficient service.

I called several places, including one other garage door specialist as well as other stores, to compare pricing. No one could match Mark's price and no one came close to his response time - he told me he could put in two new doors the next week (and this was on a Friday) compared to 4-8 weeks quoted by the others. We ended up replacing both doors and Mark and his assistant that day did a good job. Mark is professional and provides prompt, straightforward service.
